Market Street is a new upscale mega grocery store along the lines of Central Market and Whole Foods. We have a brand new one in Colleyville (Hwy 26 and Chruch Street) and there is to be one opening in McKinney (if it hasn't already). I have been working with the health food manager there about gluten free foods and have talked to their home office about the foods they offer in their deli/restaurant section of the store to label them gf. Thai Basil is a great, inexpensive, small family-run place in NE Dallas, just inside 635 at Skillman. Almost every item on the menu is already GF, and they will happily modify anything for you. And it tastes great! I had my Triumph Dining Card with me, and they definitely appreciated the Thai translation.
